Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 September 2026
1. Scope of agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website demopost.net (the “Website”) and, if accepted into the program, your participation in the DemoPost early access program. They are concluded between you and:
Cado bv, 3600 Genk, Belgium
Email: hello@demopost.net
Application: https://app.demopost.net
By using the Website or submitting an early access request, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Website or the service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Early access program
DemoPost is currently offered as an early access product. Submitting an early access request through the Website does not guarantee the creation of an account, the provisioning of a phone number or email address, or access to any particular feature.
- Access to the early access program is granted at the sole discretion of the operator, and requests may be accepted, deferred or declined without obligation to state reasons;
- Email addresses and phone numbers are provisioned subject to availability and may change during the early access period;
- Features available during early access are provided “as-is” and “as-available”, may contain errors or defects, and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time;
- No service levels, uptime commitments or support response times apply during the early access period.
We may ask early access participants for feedback. Any feedback you choose to provide may be used to improve the service without obligation or compensation to you.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Website and the DemoPost service, you agree to use them solely for lawful product demonstrations, software testing and related evaluation purposes. You must not use the Website or the service:
- as a public or disposable inbox, or to receive messages intended for third parties who have not consented;
- to send or facilitate spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or phishing;
- to circumvent third-party account verification, identity checks or security mechanisms;
- in violation of applicable telecommunication, electronic communications or messaging regulations (including the Belgian Electronic Communications Act and the ePrivacy framework);
- to receive or display content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful;
- to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other users’ data or related systems.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content of the messages you route through the service, and the manner in which you use it, comply with applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being used in breach of this section.
4. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the DemoPost name, logo, marks, designs, website and software, and all related documentation, remain the exclusive property of Cado bv or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
During the early access program you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your own internal demonstration and testing purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or publicly distribute the service or any part of it without prior written consent.
Content you send through the service (such as test emails and SMS) remains yours; you grant us only the limited right needed to receive, store, display and deliver that content as part of the service.
5. Disclaimers
The Website and the early access service are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis for testing and demonstration environments. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cado bv disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that messages will always be delivered or retained, or that defects will be corrected. Messages may be deleted automatically after 30 days or earlier at your request, and you should not rely on the service as a permanent archive.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cado bv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the Website or the early access service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed fifty euro (€50). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or wilful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website or service shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, division Limburg (Belgium). The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes to the early access program will be communicated to participants in a reasonable manner. Continued use of the Website or the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
